How are hours, assignments and quotas recorded?

School assistants record their hours on mobile directly on site – for several children in a single group documentation if needed. Changing deployment locations as well as shift and appointment scheduling are part of it; the quota overview shows the capacity utilisation of the agreed hour volumes per assignment.

Can progress be evidenced?

Yes. Goals and their degree of achievement can be recorded in the care plan and documented in development reports – so the progression is verifiable towards youth and social welfare offices, data-protection compliant and with suitable view permissions for working at schools.
