The software for early intervention.
In early intervention, curative education, therapy and medicine interlock: KoJu24 documents interdisciplinary work in a coordinated way, keeps support and treatment plans as well as developmental progress up to date and bills the services rendered in an audit-proof way.
Interdisciplinary early intervention from a single source – one progression, many disciplines.
Interdisciplinary early intervention means: curative education, therapy (speech, occupational, physiotherapy) and medical diagnostics work on one child – and must keep the same development in view. This calls for a shared support and treatment plan, coordinated appointments across several professionals, a verifiable developmental progression and, finally, audit-proof billing of the services rendered. KoJu24 brings the care plan, development and diagnostic data, shift and appointment scheduling and billing together in one shared database – so that every discipline is on the same page, without capturing information twice.
The biggest time-drains – and how KoJu24 helps
In early intervention, the indirect work – documentation, support planning, applications, coordination – eats up the time that really belongs to the child. That is exactly where KoJu24 eases the load: less double entry, shorter paths within the interdisciplinary team, approval deadlines in view. No software takes the professional and emotional work with the child and family off your hands – but it takes the paperwork around it.
Keeping support goals in view
In the care plan you record support goals with sub-goals and measures, assign them to areas of life and document the degree of goal achievement – progress becomes visible as a figure, not just a feeling.
Reports cost you evenings
From the case documentation you have already captured, KoJu24 generates an AI-assisted draft report; you adopt the goals from the care plan into the report with a click instead of copying them out.
Entering everything twice
Curative education, therapy and administration work on one shared file instead of parallel folders – what is captured once flows into the report and evaluation, without each discipline re-entering it.
Many disciplines, one child
Curative education, speech, occupational and physiotherapy work on one child on the same database: observations, appointments and results are in one place, and through view permissions each role sees exactly what it needs.
Day-care, SPZ, youth welfare, parents
You create contacts at day-care, the SPZ, physicians and the youth welfare office once in the address book and assign them to the child – with role and an optional contact ban; important contacts appear on the emergency data sheet if you wish.
Scheduling case conferences
You plan case conferences and support sessions as an appointment – recurring and excluding public holidays too – document them including participants and outcome, and record open points as tasks with a deadline.
Deadlines for follow-up applications
KoJu24 shows expiring approvals in the dashboard in good time – the end date highlighted in red, with a direct action to extend. So no follow-up application slips through in everyday work.
Maintaining approvals & rates
You keep service approvals with a from–to validity and extend them by copy for the new period. If rates change, you store them to the exact effective date – billing automatically uses the applicable rate.
Audit-proof billing
You bill the specialist service hours rendered per approval and funding body in an audit-proof way – as an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) and with DATEV export. You represent the split of the complex service across several funding bodies as separate services.
On the road between families
On mobile you capture documentation, appointments and tasks directly on site – by voice input if needed. You record the travel time and distance of every assignment straight away, instead of reconstructing them in the evening.
Child ill, appointment cancelled
If a child is absent due to illness, you record the absence with reason and period and mark the appointment as cancelled. Absences can be evaluated and exported – important when cancelled sessions affect the support plan.
Frequently asked questions — Software for early intervention
Does KoJu24 support interdisciplinary teamwork?
Yes. Curative-education, therapeutic and medical professionals work on a shared database: plan appointments across several professionals, document observations and results and assign tasks with a responsible person and a deadline. Through view permissions, every role accesses exactly the data relevant to them – without anything being captured twice.
Can the developmental progression be documented and evidenced?
Yes. You record support goals in the care plan and document development and diagnostics over the progression. From this you can create development reports that make progress verifiable towards funding bodies and within the team – structured, data-protection compliant and findable at any time.
How is the complex service billed?
Professionals record services rendered and specialist service hours along the way and bill them in an audit-proof way via the FLS module – per approval and funding body, including e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD) and DATEV export; rates can be changed to the exact effective date. You represent the split of the complex service between the health insurer (SGB V) and the integration-assistance funder (SGB IX) as separate services per funding body – KoJu24 does not automatically split a single invoice between two funders. Servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
